Oak Leaf Farm Sporthorses 2005 Foals Onya - 5/12/05

Onya is growing quickly.  She loves to be busy, and is easily learning ground manners.  Onya has a nice trot and a wonderful uphill canter.  Her long legs give her a huge ground covering stride. This filly will make a nice all around sporthorse.  Her Dam, Dear Abby has given her the attitude to try anything, and her sire, Walkabout, has added his atheltic ablity to round out this filly.

Out of the Ordinary "Foxy" - 5/23/05

Foxy is the most elegant of the three foals.  She has moves!  We are not yet sure what color Foxy will be, she is shedding into a beautiful, dark, almost chocolate chestnut right now, however she does have some white ticking in her coat.  Again we are not sure if this is her sabino coming out, or if she is turning gray.   Whatever color she turns, she will turn heads. Foxy has a great presence, and condifence.   Foxy is by Walkabout and out of Piper.

Oscar is a fun colt.  He is a joy to work around, and learns easily. Oscar has bold, fluid movement, which includes a great trot and a wonderful uphill canter.  Oscar is very brave (has long as Mom is close by) and loves to check out new things.  Oscar is by Walkabout and out of Road Trip.  Oscar is taking after Walkabout and turning gray.
